Since upgrading to 7.13, I've had quite a few users having issues with their printers.
All users are using Citrix session printers. Printers are hosted on Server 2012 R2 print server. All are HP printers, and using the HP Universal Printer Driver.
Since upgrading to 7.13, specific session printers for specific users seem to have trouble making themselves a default printer. If a user right clicks on the printer and chooses 'set as default' the green arrow never shows up. However if they right click on the printer, the set as default is checked.
When this happens the printer works, sometimes. It seems to work or not work based off the software its printing from. For example, yesterday a user had this issue and he could print from excel, but not a .pdf in Adobe.
My work around for now is to change the driver on the print server from the HP universal print driver to the model specific driver.
